macosx: implements user choice to autosave volume on exit and changes volume slider range to 0 ... 200% this adds the configuration variable and also the respective gui modifications for simple prefs dialog. These are sw codecs, mostly the same ones that earlier were present with names starting with OMX.PV. They don't work properly with the vlc omxil client code at the moment. Using them doesn't have any significant advantage over our own bundled sw codecs. Signed-off-by:
