 I don't think there is any good fixed value, I have tuned it for
50mbit/s video with a cache of 60s.

Becareful about possible regressions.

find a correct blending module given input and output chromas. Instead
of displaying the input chroma and the output chroma in the error
message, it displays two times the output chroma.

This patch corrects the typo.
