strtoull() is supported by mingw32ce. And anyway this would go in compat/

./autogen.sh always returns an error for some reason... but ignoring
the error works anyway

Run ./autogen.sh instead of autoconf, so that we don't need to patch
Makefile.in too (which was broken)
