* final version of the Simplified Chinese translation by Wei Mingzhi and King Norman for 0.8.4 (1651 translated msgs, 1448 untra. msgs)

* first update of the Spanish translation by Antonio Javier Varela Calvo (refs #407). 31 strings are untranslated and 146 fuzzy atm. He is going to finish his work until sunday.

Added dynamic variable volume-change to notify upon a volume change. The rc-interface listens to it and prints some feedback on its output.
