It will make dvdnav and dvdsimple having the same behaviour.

It also factorize channel order definitions.
The DTS order for middle channels can be wrong.

This function was returning a buffer allocated with the wrong type (alloca)
when a filter returned 0 sample (scaletempo at least).

First, this is useless, then, it is stupid, and finally, it will resize your
video if your resized it by hand. (However, this reveals a bigger bug in the
 VideoWidget ) This is NOT critical, but this is not really good.
