Added dynamic variable volume-change to notify upon a volume change. The rc-interface listens to it and prints some feedback on its output.

* localise the 'Local playback' info-btn and the ckbox properly (no breakage of the string freeze, since existing strings are used, just forgot to implement this somehow)

* first update of the Simplified Chinese translation by Wei Mingzhi (refs #407), more translated strings are going to follow soon

* reverted my update of libcddb from 0.9.6 to 1.2.1 since it breaks cddax on OSX (refs #357). The previously applied patch for 0.9.6 doesn't seem to be necessary, since it compiles fine without it (at least using GCC 4.0)

* reverted [12957]. UDP-support is a must. don't remove it from the interface by overriding it with RTP

VLC media player 0.8.4 branch. New things should be committed in trunk. Bugfixes for the 0.8.4 release in the 0.8.4 branch
