use autoreconf instead of faad bootstrap script

We only need additional tools on OSX

OSX 10.5 tools are recent enough

Don't patch a file which we'll delete
Use ACLOCAL_AMFLAGS to point aclocal to m4/

You can now build your iOS libvlc with build_for_iOS.sh.

doesn't seem to help at all in thatway, also leaked in playlist-tree mode
(so if you revert, remember to fix that)
