 * the docbook XSL package

 follow the key-pressed scheme (I have removed thoses seeks).

  I haven't tested thoses changes ...

 * demux, access: change the prototype of access2_New/demux2_New.
 * control: implemented all INPUT_GET/SET.
 * src/input/*.c: removed old functions, move some of them.
              

        - renamed ts2 into ts at the build system level.
        - removed muxer without dvbpsi.

 * access2: added chapter support.
