Decode Teletext subtitles into fourcc 'RGBA', then convert the chroma to fourcc 'YUVA' using video blending and encode YUVA into YUVP and SPU. To be sent to the muxer. However the last step fails. The data never arrives in the muxer. The transcode_spu_process() only works OK when used with overlay to burn the subtitle in the video. This needs a complete rewrite in the direction of 'osdmenu' subtitles.

Thedj work on zvbi support with some cleanup from me and backported to vlc-0.8.6b. The change in modules/demux/ts.c cannot be checked into the archive because it breaks the telx.c module.

Revert [20519] as time display is a bit too wide now (at least on XP, the defaults were fine). Needs more tweaking to be properly backported.
