+ configure.ac: link httpd and stream_out_standard against -lsocket

 + modules/gui/beos/*: use hotkeys
 + include/vlc_keys.h, src/misc/configuration.c:
   renamed modifiers into vlc_modifiers so it does not conflict with
   BeOS' modifiers()
