- Remove black lines below podcast controls
- fix uncentered dropzone when starting native fullscreen, by slightly
  increasing the min height
- fix disappearing or uncentered dropzone when changing between
  normal and minimum view quickly
- consolidate dropzone and podcast sizings in interface builder
