default qp=-1, so it can be detected even if theres bitrate change default crf=23 as x264 has if user defines qcomp<=0.1 then define ABR-mode, otherwise CRF-mode. And override it to QP-mode if user has defined qp-value.

I thought of using a completely separate setting. But that would break backward compatibility. I think it is best to let --file-caching increase caching for all files. I guess that is how TheDJ intended it.
