Coding style fixes (much more left)

  fix the playlist autodelete
  

 * all lines where first non white space char is a # is a comment

don't forget to add options to  *ppsz_sout_options[] (so that ca, crt, etc.. are also available using http{ca=...,crt=...} in the sout chain...
