{cvd,ogt}_parse.c, common.c, subtitle.h: add ability to dump subtitles via
libpng.

cvd*: finally shows subtitles (with some bugs)
ogt_parse.c: use common just added above.

ogt_parse.c, render.c: go back to 4-bit alpha since that's what DVD
and CVD have.

 (fixes compilation issues when the libcddb is not present)
