+ configure.ac: don't build OpenGL support on BeOS although it has gl.h

 + extras/contrib/src/*: build libmpeg2 w/o mmxext and 3dnow on BeOS
   (buggy compiler)
 + modules/gui/beos/*: quick compile fixes
 + modules/video_filter/deinterlace.c: require mmxext instead of mmx
 + Makefile.am: on BeOS, build a VLC bundle a la OS X
