The list wasn't correctly updated when there was an action to update_list.
This fix the weird DirectSound bug.

Some stuff are still broken in the IconView.

Window roles can be used when configuring window managers to help users
place their windows and dialogs according to their preference.  This is
particularly useful for some of the *box window managers.

This will avoid adding plenty of config_GetFoobarDir exports later.
Also make config_GetHomeDir return a heap-allocated string.

At the moment it doesn't handle those size/bold/* stuff, only takes font
from it. But IMO still better than old file-choosing way.
