Commit d1296b32 authored by Sam Hocevar's avatar Sam Hocevar

* ./bootstrap: bootstrap now requires the --config flag. With no arguments

it simply outputs a usage message.
  * ./src/*: fixed a bunch of (legitimate) warnings under VC++.
  * ./evc/*, ./msvc/*: split the workspaces into three projects (libvlc, vlc
and plugins -- plugins doesn't build anything yet).
