 - modules/control/hotkeys.c: added a hotkey to raise the interface
 - modules/gui/wxwindows/*, modules/gui/skins2/*: added callbacks for
   the "intf-show" variable; it should be easy to do the same for BeOS
   and MacOSX interfaces
