Enable / disable the mcspi_ick and mcspi_fck clocks in omap2_mcspi_probe and omap2_mcspi_remove respectively. Drop the ref count on the class device in omap2_mcspi_remove. Change the clock names for mcspi_ick[123] and mcspi_fck[123] to mcspi_ick and mcspi_fck, use instead the clk.id field for the bus id. - Fixed the Makefile: camera_core should be compiled only for OMAP1, and in conjunction with omap16xxcam.c. - Fixed the sensor->init() calls and prototype in camera_core.c and sensor_ov9640.c. - Ported the code to the new videobuf code. - Renamed camera_sensor to omap_camera_sensor since this is an OMAP-specific structure. Move memory_present() in arch/mips/kernel/setup.c. When using sparsemem extreme, this function does an allocate for bootmem. This would always fail since init_bootmem hasn't been called yet. Move memory_present after free_bootmem. This only marks actual memory ranges as present instead of the entire address space.
