Syslink: Notify Module This patch allows the notify module to be configured for SysM3 and AppM3

The patch is a hack to support events to be sent between
SysM3<->MPU and AppM3<->MPU. As of now, both are handled
by a single driver with a single shared memory region
between Ducati and MPU.
