ceph: make write_begin wait propagate ERESTARTSYS

Currently, if the wait_event_interruptible is interrupted, we
return EAGAIN unconditionally and loop, such that we aren't, in
fact, interruptible. So, propagate ERESTARTSYS if we get it.
