Minor IRQ-related cleanups:  comment out the no-longer-used
GPIO irq symbol (more to come, eventually); create RTC IRQ
resource; and use that RTC IRQ resource.

And incidentally, make the RTC code free the correct IRQ;
it was pretty goofed up...
