ARM: DaVinci: LEDS: Remove CONFIG_PREEMPT_RT

- CONFIG_PREEMPT_RT is only available with Ingo's RT
  patches it seems.
- Even with changing it to CONFIG_PREEMPT will give
  scheduling while atomic BUG. So, it is better to
  remove it.
