Options

* ./plugins/lirc/lirc.c: IR remote control plugin by Sigmund Augdal 

    <sigmunau@stud.ntnu.no>, activate with --enable-lirc.
  * ./configure.in: put liba52_adec in a builtin for PIC/non-PIC reasons.
