Begining of TS Input

Done :
- fixed netlist
- embryo : support TS video trough file ( kludgy ... )

Next :
- Write DecodePSI and DemuxPSI, wich will clean the kludges off

Then :
- Write NetworkOpen ( shouldn't be difficult )

Eventually :
- Deal with lost/corrupt packets
