  * ./plugins/chroma/i420_rgb16.c: 24/32 bpp software YUV.
  * ./plugins/ggi/ggi.c: activated double buffering.
  * ./src/video_output/vout_pictures.c: we create more Xv pictures to
    get smoother rendering.
