Qt: PixmapAnimator: replace AnimatedIcon.

As Qt >= 4.6.0 provides AbstractAnimation we no longer need QTimer
based animators.
PixmapAnimator allows to be used by Q*Painter.
Unused still frame support is removed, but can easily be implemented.
