perf_counter tools: Fix incorrect printf formats

Otherwise the code does not compile on 32-bit boxes.

builtin-report.c: In function 'map__fprintf':
builtin-report.c:240: error: format '%lx' expects type 'long unsigned int', but argument 3 has type 'uint64_t'
